Keisha Be Doin Some Hair!

Whatsup People?

Today, we celebrate the creativity, versatility, durability, and str8 up HOTNESS that is the Black hair care industry. & You cant talk about Black hair without talkin about Black women.
Black women are Amazing. All women are amazing, but my sisters of the African Diaspora are so effortlessly AWESOME that people often forget, or choose to ignore just how difficult it is to be a Black woman in this day and age in America.
CELEBRATION!!!!!

Whether the hair is fried, dyed, coiffed, or simply natural, takes some serious skill and creativity to come up with some of the works of art that black women call hairstyles.

I first met Keisha a few weeks ago, and I could tell from the start that she had those skills. She was also kind enough to display them for me.

Lets pull back the curtain and get a small glimpse into her majic.

WHatup Empress! BLACK BEAUTY is an art. BLack Hair Care and enhancment techniques require not only skill but some serious passion. ITs technical, its spiritual, its alot of things.

From the Happiest of Nappies, to the ethnic/color variations of the purchased hair, these sistahs (and brothas) be doin it!

Great job Dex!!! I do sew-ins, not as much anymore but they helped pay my way through college. I've never seen this technique. My aunt will be my guinea pig this weekend. Thanks a bunch!

Hey Sexy Dexy!
Once again I love that I the pics! I like how they tell a story from the background to the foreground.

Keisha hooked that chile' up with that Yaki Wavy #8! When she came in, her hair was dyed, fried and blow dried! She looked like a totally different person. Keisha does have some skills!

Have a good holiday, DexStarG!
